Style begins within.
So did my journey...
For over 15 years, I navigated the fast-paced, high pressure world of fashion. A world that sharpened my strategic mind, refined my aesthetic sense, and taught me the art of positioning.
As a Merchandising Director, I learned to read between the lines and observe not only what people wear, but also to understand what they seek: confidence, authenticity, a sense of identity.
Fashion at its best, is not just about trends, it's about self-expression and creating space for people to feel seen.
In 2021, my journey took a turning point. My encounter with The HOW Institute for Society, an organization dedicated to advancing Moral Leadership, gave me the language, concepts and frameworks for a vision of leadership I had already intuitively held: one that is more human, responsible and aligned.
A few years later, I returned as a coach, and then as Program Facilitator & Coaching Pillar Lead for the NXT-GEN Fellowship, where I now support the development of both leaders and the coaches who support them.
This experience gave me the courage to embody my own vision of leadership: authentic, strategic and deeply human. I saw the impact it could have, and knew I wanted to dedicate my energy to helping others find that same sense of inner alignment.
This is where Le Style de l’Esprit was born.

As an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), trained at Erickson International, I work with international leaders and organizations at pivotal moments, navigating transformation, complex decisions, ethical tensions and sensitive transitions.
I show up where courage and clarity are needed most. I bring to each encounter my dual lens: sharp strategic insight and deep human connection, to help each person find that powerful space where authenticity, presence, and impact meet.
