So did my journey...
For over 15 years, I navigated the fast-paced, high pressure world of fashion. A world that sharpened my strategic mind, refined my aesthetic sense, and taught me the art of positioning.

As a Merchandising Director, I learned to read between the lines and observe what people wear, but also to understand what they seek: confidence, authenticity, a sense of identity.

Fashion at its best, isn't just about trends, it's about self-expression and creating space for people to feel seen. ​​
In 2021, I discovered a new vision of leadership through the HOW Institute for Society, one that is rooted in humanity, courage, and moral clarity. I moved quickly from student to coach, supporting senior leaders as they faced complex decisions and searched for meaning in their roles.​
That experience revealed something essential: Leadership is not only about strategy.
It’s about presence, purpose, and integrity.​
